I have the touch up policy and made a claim on my back bumper for scratches, after waiting for weeks to get a response I got a call from the manager stating that I can only take my vehicle to florida panelbeaters (closest to me) and nowhere else. Now that specific panelbeater is rubbish and I will not take my car to dodgy panelbeaters.i was advised that if I wanted to go somewhere else I have to get 3 quotes and then budget will decide.
Now I already have an job and do not have the time to drive around looking for quotes why cant I take my car to the dent doctor I have dealt with them before and they do an amazing job and their prices are very competitive and they are insurance approved!!! so why cant I take my car there??? I want to take car to dent doctor as I am the client and I am the one paying for this policy!!! I budget does not allow me to take vehicle to where I want and not to some cheap panelbeater where my car will be messed up then I will cancel all insurance policies with budget as simple as that!!! please sort this out immediately!!!
