On the 3rd of July 2013, I made a call to budget that my new car had been involved in an accident and I was told to take it to the assessor. I had to locate the assessor myself as they couldn't even tell me where I will find him. The assessor did the assessment and 2 days later sent his report to Budget. I had to make a follow up call to Budget and eventually was assisted by Meshack from the Claims Division, he than confirmed that they have received the assessors report with the costs and everything and now it has to go through administration and I might receive a call before the end of business or the next day. I waited and no call, a day after I made the call and spoke to Meshack again, he assured me that the administration has been done and now has to go through to the manager for authorization and comment. I have been waiting since last week and there has been no call about which panelbeater to take it to. I called this morning and I was told the manager story but I was assured that I will get a call before the end of business. I am still waiting... This is so frustrating, I am heavily pregnant, need the vehicle ASAP as I am due early next month and I struggle to get to work.
