Standard Bank
Home Loan - Help?

I applied for a re-advance on my home loan the terms of which where discussed telephonically.
It came to my attention that these terms where different to what I recalled from the telephone conversation. So I called in to enquire about this. On the 7th of March speaking to a Lorain F. explaining the whole situation, I was assured that I would get a call back the very same day. After no feedback I called in again speaking to a Ndomi C.
On the 15th of March I again in much detail explained the situation to an Ernistine M. who then advised me that the original conversation would be drawn from the database. This would take 5 working days which meant that I would hear back on the 22nd of March. nothing. So on the 22nd I called in again and conversed with a Nomthanda N. Ernistine M. was not in. I got email addresses. Several emails later no progress.
17 April team lead Anusha promises that she would get back to me the next day at 10. At 1pm I get a call where excuses are made to why the original conversation cannot be found unless I provide the: Date, time and agent name. Anusha said she would give me 30mins to get this info. Fortunately I have the date and time, but no call back... help!
