Poor service, rude, forceful, arrogant & sloppy

I made an application for a loan from my FNB Home loan via the Re-Advance facility on 22 October. All necessary forms were completed & supporting docs were submitted @ La Lucia FNB. I was surprised to receive a call the next day from FNB Home Loans Jhb to the effect that the system showed an application had been made but no forms had reached them. The consultant then tried very hard to get me to take a loan from them via the Pre-Paid facility. The conversation ended with her calling La Lucia FNB who said they would look into my initial application. Imagine my surprise on 30 October when I went into the branch to check on progress. NOTHING had been done & La Lucia staff assured me they had sent everything through. Another call was made to FNB Home Loans Jhb where quite possibly, the rudest, most arrogant and forceful consultant once again tried to swing me into a Pre-Paid loan instead of dealing with my initial Re-Advance application. In simple terms can FNB consider the application & either grant or reject it in a professional & businesslike manner?
