I applied for a home loan through Standard Bank and over the phone all conditions had been explained to me. I received and email with a PDF file of the contract and the home load was approved. Now a month later the charge from my account was way greater. I called to enquire about this and after four days of investigation they get back to me only for me to find out that the conditions have been changed. I am unhappy with the new conditions and would like to be charged the original amounts which I agreed to.
