Bad Service, Bad Attitude and No feedback

I applied for a loan on the 2nd March, it showed on the website that i was approved.. I waited for the money that never made it to my bank account. I then contacted wonga services on tuesday 5th March, I waited on the call and eventually requested a call back.. That never happened. I called back on the 6th March and was told to fax a bank statement. I faxed it the same time. I never heard from wonga since. Not even a phone call to say they got my bank statement or information to say they are working on the mistake or anything to say they care. I phoned back on friday 8th and the consultant dropped the call on me. I called again, and in her rude way just told me she's got my fax I must just wait. I have been waiting and my patience is running very thin. The loan still reflects on my account. The great service you always talk about, where is it now.
