Ooba bond originators applied for a building loan at NEDBANK home loans. Ooba informed me I have been granted a 100% bond and they have the AIP. 3 days later I receive a call from Nedbank home loans congratulating me and informing me that they have the official quotation. From this conversation I gathered that the loan granted is not even 90%. I was not given a name or a reference number so I phoned back and spoke to Anisa Khan and explained my predicament. She informed me that no one was supposed to call me as they are still awaiting documentation from my Bond Originator. I explained that I have received an AIP in writing. She then told me that she will get a team together and they would look into my situation and phone me back in 2 hours. That was 11 o'clock this morning, and NO RESPONSE. I phoned twice this afternoon to try and get an answer but could not get hold of her. STILL IT SEEMS EVERYBODY IS CLUELESS!!!
