In correct Debit Order Date! Contract states 25th

I signed up for a personal loan and the contract stated that my first installment was due on the 25 of March 2013. On the 19th of February I received an sms notification stating: ME Cele the 1st payment for your FNB Loan is due on the 22/03/13. Pls ensure that there are sufficient funds, call 0875750091. FNB a div of FRB Ltd"
In which I responded to advise that " There wont be finds. I will be paid on the 25th which is my normal pay day. to the number 27820070155
Further to the my sms, I phoned in on the 20th of March and spoke to Mr Metsing who advised that I need to get a letter confirming my actual pay day, and that I said payment should be debited on the 22nd which I will never do as I get paid on the 25th. Shortly after my telephonic conversation I sent an email to Mr Metsing requesting them to change the debit order date as it was an internal error on their part with the attached contract that I signed stipulating that the first debit date was due on the 25th as per contract.
Only to find that FNB debited the money on friday the 22nd and 23rd clearly over ruling the contractual agreement. I sent another email complaining. To date still no response. Disappointed
