Incorrect Deduction

I activated ABSA rewards on my account, and i was told that the service cost R25 monthly but when they deducted it it was R250 and i did not authorize nor said it must be the yearly deduction. I phoned the ABSA rewards branch, requested that my service must be canceled and also that the fee they deducted must be refunded within 48Hours, and the clerk said she will put escalation on it.

When i phoned the branch today again to follow up, i was told by a different clerk that it takes 5 working days to resolve the issue. At this point i dont give a how they resolve it and if it takes 5 days of escalating to this one and to that one etc because ABSA made the mistake, my money was taken taken without authorization because of a that happened, and i want it refunded before 12AM tonight.

Its apparent mistakes like these that costs end users money and then there is always stories, but when they deduct the money there is no problem.
