While in the bank to draw a statement I was asked if I would be interested in the ABSA Rewards program. I was never aware that this cost R250 until this amount was deducted from my bank account. To date I have found this program to be nothing more than a money making on the part of ABSA with absolutely no benefits to me. I am so dissapointed in ABSA. This is the first time that I have heard that I have to pay to join a rewards program. It would be nice if I had been warned that it would cost this much.
