ABSA Rewards Fee

I joined the ABSA rewards programme and was advised i will pay a monthly fee which will be deducted from my account monthly however i was charged a yearly fee. I went to report this error at the ABSA goldman street in Florida Johannesburg and received a ref number 1198357 from the rewards department. I was advised i will be refunded within 7 working days. After 10 working days i call in to the ABSA rewards call centre running up my phone bill and quoted my ref number and was told it does not exist and nothing has been logged on my account. I spoke to a consultant named Thogi Kgomo and asked her to get her Manager Naledi Tatebe to call me back. 7 days later and still no communication or feedback from ABSA. I'm disgusted that a financial industry can have no respect for a persons money and nobody can take responsibility of a persons complaint. Are we has customers just a piece of trash to ABSA???
