FNB - should change their slogan - they dont help!

I wrote a report on hello peter some weeks ago with regards to the debit order fiasco with FNB (I also did not have access to my salary for 3 days (25th to 28th) They responded with " someone will contact me" - which they did - without resolving the problem. Since then I've sent numerous e-mails, made dozens of phone calls and spent lots of time on the phone explaining my story over and over and over... being sent from pillar to post... dept to dept... call after call... The most frustrating part is that they dont call back as promised and every time I make a call I have to start ALL OVER AGAIN. To this date the problem has NOT been resolved and the costs involved by way of returned debit orders and penalties from creditors is now on almost R1000.00
