I got a call on 4/07 regarding my loan which was apparently in arrears but I had made payment & he eventually sees it, he said they didnt see it coz it takes 5days to clear coz it was an eft. in that same call I arranged for the debit date to be changed from the 25th to the 2nd of each month which he did & says next payment will be 2/08. the next day I get another call & she says im in arrears, now I have to explain myself AGAIN. she says she is calling coz I changed the date to the 2/07 which was not the case. don't these people update the system or cant they read properly?? she apologises & says next payment will be 2/08. today 08 july I get yet ANOTHER call from the same people telling me AGAIN im in arrears for july, now im upset coz I sound like a parrot explaining the arrangements for the 2nd time. I mean this is just ridiculous! I now want to change the debit date to 30th of each month cause she explained I will be in areas for july. what does she tell me? I must go into a branch! wait a minute is this the loan dept or inconvenience dept?? I cant change it at a branch I have tried that. are these people supposed to help me? coz it doesn't seem that way. REALLY BAD SERVICE
