FNB - should change their slogan

I applied online to switch to FNB at the beginnign of March "in under 10 minutes" and debit orders will be switched over "at no cost" Well... debit orders were not switched timeously, resulting in them being returned by my x-bank, ultimately costing me almost a R1000.00 in bankcharges and fees levied by the benificieries effected. I've sent e-mail upon e-mail, made several phone calls (the last mail on 04.04.2013) and is STILL waiting on a resolution for this problem.
I am embarresd by the return of the debit orders and frustrated and angry as FNB does not seem to be bothered. Please help someone!!!
