Between fnb and the couriers they said the smartphone has been sent to the couriers the 11th of april and the couriers will phone and arange delivery within 24 hours which did not happen. No phone has been deliverd and no courier has contacted us! Its been more than 10 working day as they promised! Really BAD service!
