I purchased a nokia lumia on the 10 September 2013 I used the phone for about 2 months. In November I took the phone in for repairs nd received it back in December around the 7th. Two weeks later the phone started giving me the same problem of opening up files on its own and freezing so I took it back on the 23 December for repairs again, I layed a complaint with the salesman and he told me to phone head office which I did and was transferred two different people who didnt help at all instead they told me to wait for my phone to get to them. I sent an email to cell c which they replied and told me they will see what they can do for me, they asked for my contract details which I also emailed to them they sent a sms saying that they will reply back in 72 hours which they havent. They gave me a reference no 1312270000064741. No one has goten back to me regarding this matter I havent enjoyed using my new phone.
