I have three accounts with FNB (Chaque account, Revolving credit plan, credit card). all my credit account are uptodate because i use internet banking to pay the debit order. what happened is that i use R2000.00 on my Revolving credit plan on the begining of April month and paid back in full on the 15 of April. FNB went on and deduct R1653.00 to the revolving credit plan, and now my cheque card is on minus, and i have been begging them to refund the Money, as I have to pay other bills. theother thing is that i was told that, the credit plan is interest free if i pay the full amount in 31 days, to my surprise within 15 day i was charged R160 interest for the R2000.00 that I took. the only thing that i want is for FNB to refund the money, as I can not even transfer the excess money that they took back to my chaque account.
