FNB Consultants not knowing how FNB works

I can not transfer money from my personal account into a revolving credit account from my online banking, after speaking to 11 different people each giving me a different number to phone and telling me they not sure why I cant transfer extra money into my revolving credit account I am still sitting being unable to do so.

But why would they care if I pay more than I should they loose out on interest they could have earned if I had not paid extra, this is just ludicrous!!!

So who can help...

FNB how can we help... I guess the answer is only themselves!
