I requested the Standard Bank to investigate my Acc. No.021607761 : Revolving Credit Plan. My complaint is about interest and credit life protection going up while balance is coming down. The Reserve Bank interest rates have not increased but the interest they charge on my account keeps on increasing. I lodged my complaint on the 03/09/2013 and they promised to appoint an investigator to look into my case and there has been no feedback till today.
