REVOLVING CREDIT ACCOUNT - NO HELP!!!

I have been going from pillar to post trying to change the debit order date on my Revolving Credit Account for the past year without any success. I went to Waterfall Mall branch and they referred me to the CBS Credit call centre. Well no one seems to be able to help because everyone is telling me about how they can open a revolving credit account, but when I tell them I want to change the date of my EXISTING D/O, no one is able to help!!! This problem is causing me my credit record since I ALWAYS have an OVERDRAWN account at the end of every month. NOT TO MENTION THE UNNECESSARY PENALTY CHARGE I pay EVERY MONTH!!!
THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE FNB!!! ALL I ASK FOR IS FOR SOMEONE TO CHG MY D/O DATE TO THE 25TH OF EVERY MONTH!!! I HAVE REALLY HAD MY PATIENCE TESTED WITH THIS ORDEAL!!! I HAVE TAKEN YOUR MISUSE OF MY MONEY FOR FAR TOO LONG AND IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL!!! PLEASE RESPECT MY HARD EARNED MONEY AS MUCH AS I KNOW YOU RESPECT YOURS!!!
