EXCUSES NOT TO PAY!!!

I logged my claim with Miway on the 25th March 2013. To date Miway cannot confirm the status of the claim.
I was contacted by Waynand who advised me that i am under investigation and the turn around period for this is 10 days. It has now been 25 days and Miway cannot give me a definite turnaround period. During this investigation Wynand has harassed and traumatised elder neighbours. My privacy has been invaded. I have spoken to higher authority, Tinus Botha from Miway and have not received a call back to date. Wynand showed pictures of a accident scene to neighbours and asked them if this looked like an accident scene. I have been disgraced in my community as a by Wynand. My vehicle was moved without my authorisation and Wyanand had to me about this only to find out two days later that my vehicle was indeed moved. Miway should inform clients at inception of their policy that things are always their way and not my way. There are too many issues to state, please could some one of a higher authority contact me.
