I've got an Revolving-credit-account with Beep-Bank and with all the bad service I'm getting from them, I'm trying to close everything (Me and my wife's Cheque accounts, Credit-Cards, Revolving-credit-account and moving home-loan). I've closed my Credit card account through their call center but now when trying to close the Revolving-credit-account after spending again 15min on the Prestige banking customer line... they tell me I need to go in to a bank to close it.
I cant express how much I hate this bank with all the issues I had in the past with them!! So glad I've opened an FNB account!
