Mistake on fnb side that the client has to pay fo

In 2010 I had a good active account with fnb. I enquired from my branch if I could get an overdraft on that account and they advised me no. I also inquired if I had to make out a cheque and if there were insuffient funds what will happen. They advised me that the cheque will not be paid no matter what. I was going into a business deal and 1 of the partners was suppose to deposit R60000 for a trailer. I msde a cheque fof the trailer but the deposit was never done by the partner and fnb paid out cheque. When I asked fnb why the cheque was paid out they advice d me that it was a system error. I fought really hard for them to retify their mistake and remove thst amount owing on my account. After 2 years they removed it and now I have R33000 bank chargers on my account. I went into the Malvern branch to enquire and the adviser said she could not see what the chargers were for but she thinks it was for the cheque that was cashed in 2010. I think it is totally unfair that I have to pay chargers for fnb system error. I am so tired of speaking tk them as I am getting no way.
