Failure to collect an insured phone for repairs

I took my Iphone to Mtn repair center in midrand because it had audio and power problems. The Mtn people quoted 4000 rands to replace the phone as it was damaged beyond repair. I left the phone at Mtn and sent the claim form and the report quotation to 24hr mobility Insuarence company. I didn't get any response after 2 days so I called them and was told that they had not received my claim I resent the claim and no one acknowledged receiving it. I called again and was told that I had to pay 150 rands as an excess for repairs and I should collect the phone from Mtn because the Insuarence company will sent a courier to pick up the phone from me. I explained that I am a field worker an cannot be at a place for more than 2 days. I was promised that the courier will be sent out the next day. I waited for the courier the whole day and no one called me to inform me whether the phone was going to be picked up that day or not. I waited again today and called the Insuarence in the afternoon to find out what was happening and upto now the phone has not been collected. I pay my premiums monthly and have never had any arrears but this attitude is really irritating & am not happy with this.
