No Action from FNB after Card

My card was duplicated and money was from my account in August 2012. I went to FNB Killarney and filled out all the forms and the affidavit so that I could be reimbursed. I was dealing with Siphiwe, and I have not heard a word from him about resolving the issue. I tried to contact the bank and he returned the call saying that he would resubmit my forms as it "sometimes does not go through on their side".

I provided information that could potentially catch the perpetrators but it's too late now. I have tried calling the bank numerous times with no luck and so this is my last resort to get something actioned. Does it always take a public forum to get something done?.. :(
