My new cheque card was sent to the Bracken City branch. I have phoned numerous times for them to send the card to Rosebank branch. I was told I had to go into Rosebank branch to sign forms. Went to Rosebank branch was told that the information given my Bracken City is false, I didn't have to come in they could just have sent the card to Rosebank... but I signed the forms and they assured me it will be sorted out between Bracken city and Rosebank. Phoned Rosebank this morning to find out if my card is there, only to be told again that I have to come in and request that it be sent from Bracken City to Rosebank. It is now the 5th of November I still don't have a new card and am unable to do card transactions. I am so disappointed in FNB and your false advertising and bank charges eg charging me monthly for a fuel card I have never had or applied for- . You have been my bank for years and all my accounts are with you... will be looking into other banks
