NO REFUND FOR 1TIME FLIGHT BOOKED WITH FNB!

I booked a 1Time flight for December 2012 using my FNB credit card on 22 October 2012. Shortly thereafter, 1Time filed for liquidation and hence my flight became null and void. I called FNB to ask if I would reimbursed for the cost of the flight and I was told that I would be reimbursed as I had paid for the flight with a credit card. So i filled in an FNB Credit Card Letter of Dispute and emailed this to FNB, along with the 1Time booking confirmation, on 15 November 2012. To this date, I have still not been reimbursed. I assumed that this would be a no-brainer for FNB since I filled in and sent through the necessary documentation and the 1Time liquidation was widely public knowledge so there isn't an investigation of any sort to get into by FNB. Regardless, I assumed that I would have been reimbursed by now, 3 months after my request. Very disappointed.
