Money in MY account is not OURS to juggle around!!

A consultant called me from the Credit Card division on Monday, 24 June to tell me about a minimum amount I had to pay into my credit card to be up to date with my payments by Friday, 28 June. We agreed I would make the payment by the required date. Shockingly, Tuesday morning I get a notification on my cellphone about a transfer from my cheque account of R4327 into my Credit Card account... whatever happened to our agreement? Why does the bank juggle around my money? Don't I have to agree to funds being transferred around? I am capable of doing it myself after all. This is not the first time this happened, a week before, R2000 was transferred from my savings pocket into the credit card account. I need this sorted out!
