NEDBANK WONT REFUND ME

I made 3 payments on 28th/29th January 2013 totalling R21.500 to another Nedbank account (Eventwise) for a sports package advertised, to the UK. After making payment, i realised i might have been and contacted Nedbank to try and refund my money. i have filed a case at the police station in February against the person who owns the company and is responsible, Micheal Gregory Bourne, who i now have found out has been in police custody since January and has been sentenced to 15 years in JHB prison for allegedly dealing with Rhino horns. Nedbank has frozen his Eventwise account since February but have refused since then to refund my money from that account, Nedbank card division initially called me in February and asked me to do a bank recall, which i did, only for them say to me it was unsuccessful but have still charged me recall fees to the value of R1050.00, That was like a kick to the teeth. At the end of March, Nedbank sent me an email giving me 7 days to obtain a court order otherwise the case is closed, which is basically impossible to get in that space of time. I am sure Nedbank can see whats going on in my case and refund me my money. I Have not heard from them since.
