I have a huge problem with standard bank-credit card division. Apparently they had a migration of stand-alone credit cards. I was no never notified & never gave concern for them to do what they did to my accounts. I currently have a credit card & a stand-alone garage which where 2 separate accounts & which I opted for. Now standard bank have decided to combine these 2 accounts without my knowledge & approval. They took funds from my credit card to settle my garage card without my consent & now my credit card is over limit, which will reflect negatively on my record & probably be charged more for it. I had available funds on my garage card for petrol as my budget for the month now I'm not able to use those funds. They cannot forcefully settle my account with notifying me & I should have been notified of this so I could prepare for this. This is a huge convenience to me. I want standard bank to take back my accounts as they were with immediate effect
