I am very concerned. Over this past week, 3 people in my circle of friends had money from their accounts, as well as my account being accessed.

The worst of all, I don't use my credit card, at all. I transfer funds through internet banking, but NEVER EVER use my credit card to swipe or pay.

The concern here is, how did they get my bank details? The only way this could have been done, is internally through a branch, or the internet banking. Luckily there was no funds in my card, and your department called me. R8000 was swiped with my credit card in JHB, and I live in CT.
My friends where not so lucky, as thousands of money where taken from their account, and they now have to wait for FNB to resolve and do their investigation. How many other people are there? I cannot believe that nothing has been done to resolve this. How safe now are our monies in this bank? Our salaries are paid into our banks. Will our debt collectors believe when we say our money is? We get black listed!! FNB turn around and all they say, is we dealing with it. My friends, have not received their money back yet. How long is this going to take?
Do we need to go public with this?
