4 working days ago I ordered my credit card. I was told 3 - 5 working days and it would be ready. So when I received a message to collect it today I was not surprised.
Unfortunately when I got to the branch they had no record of it as it had not been delivered to them yet. This means that I wasted time going to the bank AND it means I cannot access the funds in my credit card. Which I need!
On phoning the credit card division I was told it's not their fault. They are not prepared to try help at all and I will just have to wait. No they will not have it delivered to me. I will have to go back to the bank again. I will have to queue again. And no they will not make my funds available. They will not even transfer a portion of my available funds to my cheque account. Zodwa was in fact rude enough to raise her voice at me - the customer- and say its not her fault that I got a message saying that the card was ready for collection. It's not her problem that I have to be inconvenienced by going back to the bank. And she's not going to even try help. I will just have to wait and it'll probably take another 4 days!!!

So much for FNB how can we help you!!!
