Struggling to receive Multiply points earned

I have been struggling since January to receive the Multiply points I earned each month. I run 5km per day to reach and maintain the "excellent" fitness level required to earn the 800 month points for Best of Activity Level. I have not received my points for January, February, March or April this year. When I enquire I am told that they will be allocated. I received an sms and an e-mail from Multiply saying the outstanding points would be allocated to me on 15 April 2013, but they have still not been allocated. It's harder to get Multiply to allocate the points than it is running each day to earn them. (MM902011557)
