In December my wife and I went for our vitality checks before going on holiday. On the 2nd of January I contacted vitality to complain because no points were allocated yet. About a week later I received an email to say that the complaint has been resolved. Upon checking I noticed that only some of our base points have been allocated, and none of our bonus points. After phoning them they said they'll investigate as they can see it is incorrect. Phoned them again last week as more than a week had passed and nothing has happened yet, they said they'll log it again. Then I phoned again today as still there is no change. I got a voicemail now from a lady at Vitality saying that they have fixed it. But now all of the base points have been allocated for us, and my bonus points have been allocated, but none of my wife's bonus points have been allocated. That is 11500 points that my wife has earned that have not been allocated. How is it possible to get this wrong so many times, after the information was given to Vitality when I contacted them the first time?
