I ordered a renewal card after being told that I needed to update so filling out application on line, specifically requesting no upgrade. They sent card and upgraded and automatically cancelled my old cards.
What is so frustrating about FNB bank is that there is no local branch in the major cities only Johannesburg and the call centre who really try. As for the FNB credit card Division well don't hold your breath still nothing even after replying to there questionnaire which they obviously don't read or care about as still have not had a call and any correspondence.
