Dischem multiply benefit still not allocated

On the 27th of January 2013 I made purchases at Dischem Norwood and used my multiply dischem card as well as ebucks card which was swiped for my purchases. No cash back was allocated as per the dischem benefit and I emailed multiply who said that the issue with their systems would be rectified.

I have run the latest dischem multiply benefit statement and the points/ cash back has not yet been reflected on my statement. My understanding is that the statement run is every month on the 10th of every month. Both cards were swiped and ebucks have been allocated.

Please provide a consistent and quality service to your customers?
