Please see all the fittrack activities I have logged. Please advise how many points this equates to and when they will be allocated. I cannot accept the fact that the business analysts are still working round the clock to fix the problem - it has been 4 business weeks and that is not good business practice to have an advertised system / supplier which doesn't work after a full month. Are these points also only allocated after 3 months?

It is exceptionally hard to earn points with Momentum especially with the exercising! You have to fight and fight for what you have earned and worked hard for and then on top of it the Multiply fee is triple that of Vitality? Such poor service for such a price.

I really hope that this can be resolved.
