I thought there was an overcharge on the premium debit going off my account for the month of February, the previous consultant i had dealt with made me believe that there was a refund due on my account. This refund was never effected on my account and when I called I was very furious. Through Koliso's good customer care she was able to clam me down and was patient to explain to me what had happened and in the end I was very happy with the way she turned me back into a happy Miway customer. Excellent service!!
