1 Month down and still no response!!!

ABSA have really done a number on me... 24 years of banking and shed loads of charges and still that counts for nothing. I have had no response in regards to my last complaint and yet ABSA just don't care to try even correct mistakes or save me as a customer...

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER AND WHEN YOU CALL IN TO TRY GET A RESPONSE NO ONE KNOWS ABOUT YOUR COMPLAINT AND NO ONE CAN HELP YOU EITHER. TRY SPEAKING TO YOUR PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP MANAGER AND THERE SUPERIOR AND IT ALSO JUST GETS THROWN BACK IN YOUR FACE... PLATINUM AND PRIVATE ACCOUNTS WITH ABSA ARE JUST A WASTE OF TIME! YOU PAY A FEE FOR NOTHING... CAUSE YOUR PERSONAL BANKER DEFINITELY DOES TRY HELP YOU THATS FOR SURE...
