I am so disapointed with Absa. I am a platinum Absa Customer who expect my bank to be the best option for my financial needs, but I don't get any service from them at all. No call back's, I've been waiting on feedback on a application for 9 working days. The consultant are never available, and when I do get hold of her, she don't even have an asnwer for me. I've tried to phone the branch manager as well, she is also never available. I've send her an e-mail, still no reply. I AM DISGUSTED WITH ABSA.Been banking with ABSA for 20 years, time to take my business else where.
