I have received exceptional Customer Service from Thomas Ndhlovu. I had a Cell phone claim which was received yesterday or today on your side. I called in today for assistance and Thomas took the matter at hand and promised me that he will assist me and make sure that I get all the help I need. He emailed and called me as promised (even checked up on me if I was receiving emails from his side). He went out of his way to call all the closest retail stores just to find the Colour of the phone I requested for (from Cresta Mall, Northgate Mall, Clearwater Mall). If it was someone else they could of just told me that there is just one colour which is Black available, just to get me off their back.
I really appreciate this and I am glad that the issue has been sorted. Finrite has a good employee and I hope they get more happy customers that compliment him.
