I called into Finrite (Callsure) to log a claim multiple times and was extremely irate with the service I had received until getting through to Sesongwane Mello an exceptional consultant who sorted out my claim in a matter of minutes. I was so impressed with the service I received that not only will I continue to Insure with Finrite (Callsure) but will cover my other phones under them as well. Once again thank you to Ms. Mello for making a incredibly frustrating situation an absolute pleasure and to Finrite for hiring her :)
