Well I thought, unlike the cashiers at the store, that Finrite managers would see my point - my financial based point: being charged an excess for a cell wrth R3500 while I am receiving a cell worth R2000 - does not make sense. Am shopping for alternative insurance and will move all the seven (7) cells I have insured for my familly.
However as for the claims procedure - hats off to Thomas Ramosito who is very helpful with quick turnaround time. He always attends to my email claims quickly and is the only person I deal with because I trust his service!!! keep it up Thomas!! The others also do their best but dont match Thomas :)
