I would like to take this opportunity to pay a compliment to Bernard Nzilane
I was not happy with Finrite as for some reason they were not honouring my cell phone claim.
I called the contact centre and spoke to Bernard
Who took it upon himself to investigate the matter at hand and kept me informed.
I am sincerely grateful for his effort in dealing with this matter for me.
I would like to compliment him and let the company and management know that - he is valued asset to FINrite and he goes the extra mile for the client.
In this day and age where service is not given Bernard has given me a new and a fresh perspective on giving service.
I was at the verge of cancelling my insurance and because of him I won't.
