RATING AND SCORING OF PROFILE - REASONING OF DECLINE DOES NOT MAKE SENSE TO ME OR COULD BE EXPLAINED BY BRANCH PERSONEL/HEAD OFFICE PERSONEL. FACTS FOR DECLINING THE LOAN NOT CLEAR AND CORRECT (ESPECIALLY TO THE DEPOSIT PROPOSED - APPLIED FOR 100% LOAN THUS NO DEPOSIT PROPOSED: APPLICATION DON 15TH MARCH 2013. NO RESPONSE OR ANSWER UNTILL 5TH APRIL 2013. I HAD TO PHONE AND VISIT BRCH TO GET FEEDBACK. FOLLOW UP/CLARIFYING OF ISSUES PROMOSED WAS NOT DONE UNTIL TODAY. VISITED 15TH BRANCH, BARBARA ATTENDED TO ME, COULD NOT HELP/ASSIST MY PROBLEM, SINCE ACCORDING TO HER THE BRANCH MANAGER, MR LEBOGANG IS THE ONLY PERSON TO CLARIFY OR PUT AN APPEAL TO THE OUTCOME OF HOME LOANS DIVISION: SALES AND CLIENT MANAGEMENT. THEY RECEIVED ON 19TH MARCH 2013 ALREADY THE OUTCOME OF THE LOAN BUT I HAD TO FIND OUT ON TH 5TH OF APRIL 2013 THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM, BUT WAS PROMISED BY MR LEBOGANG THAT HE WILL GIVE IT HIS IMMDIATE ATTENTION. BARBARA CHECKED WITH H/O DEP, NO APPEAL UNTIL YESTERDAY WAS DONE. MR LEBOGANG WAS NOT AT OFFICE YESTERDAY, BARBARA PROMISED TO CONVEY THE ISSUE TODAY ON HIS RETURN AND WILL REQUEST HIM TO GET IN CONTACT WITH ME TODAY. NOTHING HAPPEND UNTILL NOW 14H25
