Complain about feedback/Response on my loan applic

I went to your Tzaneen branch on the 10th March 2013 to apply for a loan. I qualified for the amount of R140 000 and a credit card. The credit card was given to me by the consultant and activated in the branch. I was told I will receive an sms to use my credit card within 48 hours but until today nothing. I called Tzaneen branch on the 11th, 12th, 14th and 15th of October 2013 to follow up and Caroline said she is still waiting for African Bank to respond back. Now I wonder how long does it take to approve and. Beside when i came for a loan application is because i really needed the money. But what is the use of waiting for five days before being told the outcome. Can someone please assist me.
