Loan declination

On the 1/06/2013 I applied for a personal loan at the Phoenix branch. The following day I received a sms indicating that my loan application is declined reason been that I am not permanently employed, although I am. In this instance I was told to bring a letter from my employer, which I submitted on the 3/06/2013. Since then I have received no feedback. My employer can be contacted again and they will verify that I am permanently employed. I have tried many times calling the helpdesk and selecting the loans option over the phone but each time my call was transferred to another department or they could not help me. When I called the branch, the person in charge was not in. I acknowledge that nedbank holds the right to approve or decline this loan for whatever reason they deem fit but I am in need of the money and therefore would like an answer asap. So if I am declined I can make alternatives. I am a loyal nedbank customer for years but this is not appreciated. I hope the loan is approved as it was declined on not being permanently employed, now that I have given evidence that I am I would like to see the outcome. Other banks already approved me but I am just waiting on nedbank
