!! ABSA POOR CLIENT SERVICE!!

WE APPLIED FOR A BUSINESS LOAN IN JANUARY 2013. AFTER 2 MONTHS AND POOR FEEDBACK FROM ABSA, THEY INFORMED US ON FRIDAY THE1ST OF MARCH 2013 THAT THE LOAD WILL BE ACCEPTED BUT THAT ONE SIGNATURE ARE STILL NEEDED FROM ABSA TO FINALISE THE TRANSACTION. WHEN WE PHONED MOSSELBAY BRANCH ON THE MONDAY (4 MARCH 2013). THEY INFORMED US THAT THE LOAN COULD NOT BE GRANTED BECAUSE THE BUSINESS'S BOOKS SHOW THAT IT IS NOT MAKING MONEY. ALTHOUGH THE BANK HAD THE AUDITORS REPORTS FROM JANUARY THIS WAS THE ONLY TIME IT WAS BROUHT TO OUR ATTENTION. MOSSELBAY BRANCH INFORMED US THAT WE MUST DRIVE FROM STILBAY TO MOSSELBAY, TO MAKE ANOTHER PLAN FOR A LOAN (4 MARCH 2013) WE GOT THERE AND THE CLIENT SERVICE GUY DIDNT HAVE A CLUE WHY WE WERE THERE!! WE NEEDED TO APPLY FOR A PERSONAL LOAN FROM ABSA AGAIN!!! THEY TOLD US THAT IT WILL TAKE 7 WORKING DAY'S TO LET US KNOW IF THE LOAN HAS BEEN APPROVED! I PHONED AGAIN ON 6 MARCH 2013. JUST TO FIND OUT THE GUY WHO WE WERE TALKING TO (CLIENT SERVICE- VERNON NDEBE) IS ON LEAVE!!! AND THAT NO ONE WAS GIVING ANY ATTENTION TO OUR LOAN!!! TODAY IS THE 15TH OF MARCH 2013. NO WORD FROM ABSA! AFTER PHONING THE BRANCH, THEY COULDNT GIVE ME ANY ANSWER.
