Very rude consultant

I called in to the call center responding to an sms i had received. I wanted to find out what will happen after i've made the last payment. This consultant decided to threaten me telling me that if i don't pay, i will be handed over or something like that. I do not appreciate her attitude as she did not let me speak she just wanted to tell me what she wanted to tell when she did not even understand the reason for my call. She then called me back telling me that i am going to be charged for the call. I do not understand this as i did not request for her to call me, I was the one that took the phone and dialed the number and she was unable to assist me. If Pholosa employs uneducated people that are not skilled to deal with people then i suggest you get rid of such. I do pay my account therefore i do not deserve such treatment. I called again requesting to speak to a manager and i was told "You called the call center if you want the manager call the manager"
