I spoke to Kimberly Mwape on the 15/01/2013 who called me to join multiply. My multiply membership was active around the 25/01/2013. I was told that the R499 that virgin active debited me would reversed within 7 working days. In February virgin active debited me R499 again. This is the 3rd month that has passed by and i was not refunded my R998 which was debited in January & February. I have sent numerous emails asking for help, but she can not assist even thou she was the 1 who initially signed me up, she forwards the emails to other people who still don't give feedback...
Is there maybe some 1 in momentum who pocketed my money??
Why have people in high positions when they can not assist? Customer services doesnt even help a customer... Please can some 1 take responsibility and do what they getting paid for and have a look at this and refund my money that is owing to me.
